4.Gaining control over our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

7.The way we respond to them.

Part Ten: Love is Forgiving
1.If we will forgive or hold on to the hurt.

4.Acceptance of another’s flaws.
5.Understanding of why we were wronged; an apology.

8.Because we are imperfect people.

Part Eleven: Love is Sincere
1.Who they are.
2.When we’re honest and truthful with others.
